Business Support

Our Business Support program allows you to connect with expert consultants in website development & training; strategic marketing, including social media; one-on-one accounting training, and more. The Mountain Association can cover 75% of the cost of an approved project. However, we are committed to serving everyone and we may be able to cover more or even all of the cost on a case-by-case basis.

Due to high demand, our application portal is currently closed as of October 17, 2024. We hope to open it back this winter. Sign up below to receive notification when it does open back up!

If you are a Mountain Association loan client, any project you want to do will not be affected by this closure and will continue to be covered at 100%. Please work with your Mountain Association contact to apply.

Business Support Liability Release

Any disputes, claims or actions arising out of, regarding, or relating to this agreement or any disputes, claims, or actions regarding or relating to or arising from the acts or omissions of any party to this agreement in the performance of this agreement shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration. 

 Except as otherwise provided herein, arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgement upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.   The arbitration shall be conducted at a mutually agreeable site located in Madison County, Kentucky. If the dispute, claims or actions don’t involve the Mountain Association for Community Economic Development, the arbitration shall be conducted at a mutually agreeable location determined by the contractor and client.     

The parties will attempt to agree upon a mutually acceptable arbitrator located in Kentucky.  If the parties are unable to agree upon an arbitrator within a reasonable period of time, then an arbitrator shall be selected through the rules and procedures of the AAA. 

The parties agree that this agreement may be electronically signed. The parties agree that the electronic signatures appearing on this agreement are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.
